Association support

Based on 7 years of experience with management of an association for smart energy related solution providers, Smart Energy Consulting offers support to the board of European or National associations. Such support comprises for example:

• Preparing and presenting yearly budgets

• Monitor the financial status of the association and report alerts when needed

• Propose changes in budget and fee structure when appropriate

• Support the board in defining the mission, vision and strategy of the association

• Propose and execute actions to reach the targets defined in the strategy

• Represent the association in international meetings and conferences

• Maintain contacts with members of the association and  potential new members

• Maintain contacts with National and/or European governmental organisations or any other relevant bodies
